Memorial Services for Betty Jane (Clifton) McKinney are scheduled for Saturday, July 13, at 1:00 P.M. at the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Marietta, Oklahoma with Lawrence Anderson Officiating. Services are under the care of Alexander Gray Crematory of Ringling, OK.

Betty was born July 30, 1948 at Gainesville, TX. to Mr. Claude Monroe Clifton and Mrs. Dorothy Louise (Hughes) Clifton. She passed from this life July 9, 2013 at Marietta, OK.

Betty was raised in Marietta where she attended school there and graduated Marietta High School in 1966.Betty married Richard Walling and from this union came her two daughters Brenda and Claudette. She later married the late Jerry McKinney who preceded her in death on June 29, 2001. Betty worked at Lake Country Nursing Home as a CMA for several years and retired from 1-800 Flowers as a Customer Care Specialist .She attended Eastside Baptist Church in Marietta with Lawrence Anderson Officiating. Services are under care of Alexander Gray Crematory of Ringling, OK.

In addition to her husband Jerry McKinney Betty is preceded in death by her father Claud Clifton in 1992 and her brother Claud Clifton JR. November 23, 2011.

Survivors include her Two Daughters, BrendaWalling and Jay Shivers of Wilson, OK., Claudette Robinson and husband James of Gainesville, TX.; Mother, Dorothy Clifton of Marietta, OK.: Brother Ricky Clifton and wife Danna of Marietta, Tony Clifton and wife Debbie of Marietta, OK.; Sister in law, Karen Clifton of Marietta, OK.; 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren; Numerous other Family and Friends.
