Carolyn June Lambert

April 10, 1935 — May 13, 2024

Healdton - Graveside Services for Mrs. Carolyn June (Taylor) Lambert, 89 of McAllen, TX are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Mount Olive Cemetery with Les Bussell officiating.  Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton. 


Carolyn was born April 10, 1935 in Maud, OK to the late Mr. William Brian Taylor and Mrs. Beaulah Lee (Dixon) Taylor.  She departed from this life on Monday, May 13, 2024 in McAllen, TX. 


Carolyn was raised majority of her life in Wirt, OK, attending and graduating from Dundee School. She eloped and married the love of her life, Mr. Lloyd Lambert and together they were blessed with 2 children, Lloyd, Jr. and Debra.   Carolyn attended nursing school when Debra was in the 6th grade, in McAllen, TX obtaining her LVN license.  She loved to read and writing handwritten cards and letters that she would send to her family and friends. 


Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Lloyd; son, Lloyd Len Lambert, Jr.; brother, Bill Taylor; in-laws, Leo Lambert, Sam and Myrtle Lambert, Lula Mae and Gerald Roberts, and Don Lambert.


Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Debra Worster; grandchildren, BJ and Val Worster, Lance and Anna Worster, and Kristen and Gabe DeWulf; great grandchildren, Brody and Cohen Worster; sister, Linda Archer; sisters in law, Elaine Taylor, Mary Lambert, and Lola Lambert; and by a host of other family and friends.


Honorary bearers will be BJ Worster, Lance Worster, Gabe DeWulf, Brody Worster, and Cohen Worster.  


Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.
