Charles Ivan Mclain

Baum – Graveside Services are scheduled for Mr. Charles “Chuck” Ivan McLain, 48, formerly of Mannsville, at 3:00 PM Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Lone Cedar Cemetery north of Dickson with Virgil Trout officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Chuck was born December 8, 1964 at Oklahoma City to the late Mr. James Dean McLain and Mrs. Norma Lou (Semler) McLain. He departed from this life on Sunday October 13, 2013 at a Nursing Home facility in Tishomingo.

Chuck was raised in Dickson graduating from Dickson High School in 1983. He remained a resident of that area most his life residing mainly at Mannsville. He loved going fishing and always enjoyed entertaining everyone and being outdoors.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, and a great niece Zoey Overby.

Survivors include a Sister, Patti Overby of Wilson; Brother, Stephen Logan McLain of Walters; Nieces and Nephews, Stephanie Christian, Charle Steele, Amanda Overby, Jeremy Overby, Lilah McKinney, Jaime McLain, and Logan McLain; 7 great nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

Honorary Bearers are David Steele, Ricky Christian, Jeremy Overby, Logan McLain and Blaine McKinney.
