Corene Abbie Knutson

Countyline - Funeral Services for Mrs. Corene Abbie Knutson, 79, of Countyline are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday Nov. 4, 2014 at the Countyline Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Choate and Rev. Sid Bazzrea officiating. Interment will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery in Davis. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Ratliff City.

Corene was born on January 11, 1935 at Dill City, OK to the late Mr. Vernon Clifton Willingham and Mrs. Lillie May (Tucknies) Willingham. She departed this life Thursday, October 30, 2014 at her residence in Countyline.

Corene was raised at Fox attending school there. She and Mr. Shelton L. Knutson were united in marriage on June 16, 1951 at Ardmore. They made their home in Countyline. Corene was an excellent seamstress and was a member of the Countyline Baptist Church. Her husband Shelton preceded her in death on August 20, 1999. Also preceding her in death is her Parents; Daughter, Debra Fuller - October 9, 2005, and a sister Bertie Uvalene Flood in 1997.

Survivors include her daughter, Connie Keenan and husband L.D. of Davis; Son, Glenn Knutson, SR. and wife Nancy of Loco; Son In Law, Chris Fuller of Countyline; Grandchildren, Len Keenan and wife Sarah, Katrina Knutson-Allred and husband David, Crystal Harman and husband Ty, Larry Keenan and wife Valerie, Cindy Ardrey and husband Jody, Glenn "Bubba" Knutson, JR. and wife Courtney; Great Grandchildren, Trinity, Annie and Nellie Knutson, Cassidy, Bradi and Nash Harman, Stevi and Layla Ardrey, Jaysen, Lilly, Logan, and Lane Keenan, Derek and Dillon Allred; Sisters, Verna Mae Lucas and husband Lyle of California and Carolyn Kaye McCurry and husband Jerry of Luther; Nieces and Nephews, Verna Kay, Angela, Remi, Jay Chad and Jana; Sisters in law, Brenda Hall, Jerry Hughes and Nancy Fulton.

Pallbearers are Grandsons.

Honorary Bearers are Mike Smith, James Gordon and Merle Harrel.

Family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm Monday evening at Alexander Funeral Home in Ratliff City.
