Dale Cornelison

Wilson - Funeral Services for Mr. Dale Cornelison, 71, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Zane Gray officiating. Interment will follow to Lone Grove West Memorial Cemetery.

Dale was born November 22, 1950 in Madill, OK to the late Mr. Roy "Chig" Cornelison and Mrs. Edith Delois (Justice) Cornelison. He departed from this life on Monday, July 4, 2022 at his home in Lone Grove.

Dale was raised in Madill attending school in Dickson. He married the former Ms. Sharon Keith on August 7, 1970 in Lone Grove. Dale worked for Michelin for 33 years where he retired, soon after, he worked for ODOT for 6 years. He enjoyed fishing hunting, pestering people and had a great sense of humor. Dale loved most being around his grandchildren and his partner and best friend, Leo. He was a member of the Mary Niblack Baptist Church and Dale was a Master Mason with the Lone Grove Masonic Lodge #25

Preceded him in death was his parents; wife, Sharon; grandson, Johnathan Lee; and a brother, Roy Cornelison, Jr.

Dale is survived by his son, Jody Cornelison and wife Danyelle of Wilson; siblings, Karl Cornelison and wife Joyce of Arkansas and Betty Mobbs and Texas; 6 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren; and by a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Randy Pierce, Curtis Pierce, Greg Keith, Garrett Keith, Shane Barnes, and Tanner Barnes.

Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.
