Douglas Charles Miller

Ringling - Private Graveside Services for Douglas "Doug" Charles Miller, 86 will be held at Ringling Memorial Cemetery with John Spradlin officiating.  Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ringling. 

Doug was born on March 24, 1937 in Blythe, CA to the late Mr. Logan Miller and Mrs. Alma (Burgess) Miller.  He departed from this life on December 10, 2023 at his home in Moore. OK.

Doug was raised in Ringling attending Ringling Schools.  He had worked in the oilfield all of his life and was a hard worker.  He enlisted in the United States Army serving honorably until his discharge in 1954.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Frank and Vernon Miller; and a sister, Georgia Peterson. 

Doug is survived by his sister, Ola Barnes of Ringling; son, Glenn Miller of Oklahoma City; a longtime companion, Trisha Anderson of the home; and by a host of other family and friends. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for Doug's services.
