Doyle Leo Daniels

Ringling – Funeral Services for Mr. Doyle Leo Daniels, 74, of Healdton are scheduled for 10 AM Monday October 28, 2013 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Ringling with Rhonda Howard and Allen Daniels officiating. Interment will follow at the Ringling Memorial Cemetery at Ringling.

Doyle was born April 11, 1939 at Marlow, OK to the late Mr. William Hayden Daniels and Mrs. Ottie Mae (Worley) Daniels. He departed this life Friday, October 25, 2013 at Healdton.

Doyle was raised at Marlow attending school there. As a young man he enlisted into the Army National Guard 45 TH Infantry, and served honorably for several years. He worked in the Oilfield most of his working years and also painted houses and done some carpentry work. Doyle was employed lastly for LE. Jones Drilling where he worked as a driller and a Tool Pusher. He and the former Lois Faye Roberts were united in marriage on August 31, 1984 at Ardmore. Since Doyle had became ill he was known for making wooden baskets. He has given more than 6,000 handmade baskets away, sending them as far as India for ladies who worked together. He loved to collect ceramic frogs and was a member of the Lords Church of Ardmore.

Preceding him in death is his Parents; Sister, Bonnie and Brothers, Don and Dale.

Survivors include his wife Lois Faye (Tupin) Daniels of the home; Children, Doyle Daniels, Adam Daniels and wife Tracy and Cindy Larkin and husband Peter; Beloved Children, Lester Roberts and wife Sharon, James Roberts and wife Terri, Larry Roberts and wife Christi, Susie Huebner and husband Richard and Jonna DePriest and husband Dwayne; Siblings, Allen and wife Judy, Sharon and husband Bill, Mary, and Beverly and husband James. 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren; Numerous other family and friends.

Pallbearers are Les Roberts, James Roberts, Johnny Roberts, Kenny Picklesimer, Bill McMahan and James Slate.

Honorary Bearers are Daric Roberts, Hunter Roberts and Larry Roberts.

Family visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm Sunday at Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling.
