Evelyn Jane Hacker

Wilson – Funeral Services for Mrs. Evelyn Jane (Holmes) Hacker, 69, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson with Rev. Wayne Howard officiating and Les Hacker providing the Eulogy. Interment will follow at the Hewitt Cemetery of Wilson, Ok.

Jane was born November 23, 1943 at Fox, Oklahoma to the late Mr. Ben Sewell Holmes and Mrs. Nora Willie (Beck) Holmes. She departed this life Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Mercy Hospital of Ardmore.

Jane was raised in Fox attending school at Fox. She married Mr. Kenneth Hacker February 20,1959 at Fox Pentecostal Holiness Church and they made their home in Wilson before moving to California. They moved back to Oklahoma where Jane remained the rest of her life. She worked at Humpty Dumpty Grocery Store in Ardmore and most recently worked at the Wilson Travel Plaza and Casino.She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and doing quilting and embroidery, watching game shows but mostly enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Preceding her in death were her Parents, Mr. Ben Sewell Holmes and Mrs. Nora Willie (Beck) Holmes and 1 still born sister, Marilyn.

Survivors include her Husband, Kenneth Hacker of the home; Daughter, Connie Upton and husband Bobby of Lone Grove; Sons, Mike Hacker and wife Stephanie of Plainview, Jeff Hacker and wife Terri of Ardmore; Grandchildren , Bobby Horton and wife Heather, Casey Horton and wife Lindsey, Danielle Hacker, Rachel Hacker, Kristy Hacker and Matt Perry, Johnathon Hacker, Sarah Hacker; Great Grandchildren, Coby, Leigh, Bralynn and Landon; Sister, Carrie B. Hacker of Wilson; Numerous Brothers in law and Sisters in law and other family and friends.

Pallbearers are Wes Hacker, Les Hacker, Greg Hacker, Steven Hacker, Chris Hacker and Matt Hacker.

Honorary Bearers are Ricky Hacker, Casey Horton, Billy Floyd Hacker, Adam Hacker and Johnathon Hacker.
