Evelyn Marie (Bradshaw) Westbrook

Evelyn Marie (Bradshaw) Westbrook, of Countyline, departed this life on November 20, 2021 in Duncan, OK at the age of 87 years, 4 months, and 6 days. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Ratliff City Cemetery with Bro. Mike Johnston officicating. Interment will follow service at the Ratliff City Cemetery. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Ratliff City.

Marie was born on July 14, 1934 in Soper, OK to the late Mr. John Peter Bradshaw and Mrs. Dovie Mae (Rogers) Kesterson.

She grew up in Southeastern Oklahoma. Marie met Mr. David Westbrook and they were united in marriage on January 5, 1957. Together they moved from Oklahoma to Texas and New Mexico working in the oilfields. Marie and David moved back to Countyline in the late 1960's and would raise their two sons here. She was a excellent cook and loved having her family over to visit.

Marie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Lee Westbrook; two brothers, Eugene Kesterson, and Doyle Kesterson; sisters, Mary Jo LeFevers and Glenda Smith.

She is survived by her two sons; Donald Westbrook and his wife JoAnne of Healdton, Ronald Westbrook of Purcell; grandchildren, Kira, Joshua, Trista, Lindsay, and Casey; 10 great grandchildren; many other relatives and a host of friends.
