Ringling - Funeral Services for Mr. Gerald "Jerry" Lee Emerick, 49 of Ringling are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 29, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Ringling with Bro. Billy Holder officiating. Interment will follow to Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ringling.

Jerry was born on February 8, 1972 in Michigan City, IN to Mr. Gerald Lee Emerick, Sr. and Mrs. Kathie Diann (Jones) Henry. He departed from this life on Friday, October 22, 2021 in Duncan, OK.

Jerry was raised in Ringling, graduating from Ringling High School in 1991. He had worked in the oilfield most of his life including working for Joe Roberts Welding, Eddie Well Service, and most recently working for Banner Oil and Gas. He married Ms. Almeda Falls in Waurika, OK on March 15, 2012 and together they made their home in Ringling, currently residing in Loco. Jerry enjoyed fishing, football, especially the Dallas Cowboys and he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved his church and was a member of the Ringling Apostolic Church.

Preceding him in death were his mother and step father, Steve Henry and his brother, Steven "Rooster" Henry in 2019.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Almeda of the home; his children, Jessica Emerick and her children Natalee and Rhett of Wilson, Tyler and Bethany Emerick of Loco, Haylee and Dylan Arbuckle and their son Sawyer of Duncan, Garrett Emerick of Loco, Madison and Nick Williams of Healdton, Jacklin Eakins and Zach of Loco and Lindsay Eakins and Riley of Loco; father, Gerald Emerick, Sr. and his wife Gail of IN; mother and father in law, Paula and Frankie McDowell; sister, Stacy Henry and her son Kupper of Loco; close friend, Tracy Smith; and a host of other Emerick family in Indiana.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Emerick, Garrett Emerick, Nick Williams, Dylan Arbuckle, Zach Canada, and Riley Harper. Honorary bearers will be Kupper Henry, Rhett Odell, Michael Brown, Cody Black, and Sawyer Arbuckle.

Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ringling.
