Lone Grove - Private graveside services for Mrs. Glenna Faye Dewbre, 92 of Lone Grove are scheduled at Lone Grove Cemetery with Rev. David Gardner officiating. Services are under the direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.

Glenna Faye was born on February 21, 1928, in Banty, Oklahoma, to the late Mr. Ernest Linwood Rhodes and Mrs. Effie Lou (Colson) Rhodes. She passed away peacefully on March 19, 2020, at her home in Lone Grove surrounded by family.

Faye was a resident of Ardmore/Lone Grove area most of her life. She worked for Uniroyal Tire Company for many years. After retirement, she enjoyed traveling and spending time visiting with friends. She deeply loved her family and spoiled her grandchildren. She was also an avid reader, loved to sew/quilt, and watch the Texas Rangers play ball. Faye was a member of the New Hope Free Will Baptist Church.

She and Arlyn were married on June 25, 1946, in Madill, Oklahoma. Together they shared an adventurous life for more than 60 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arlyn Dewbre; brothers, Gilbert Rhodes,Alvin Rhodes, William Rhodes, Bill Rhodes, and Ernest Rhodes Jr.; sisters, Dixie Nix,Stella Creagle;daughter, Arithia Sue Davis, grandson, Edwin Davis Jr; and granddaughter, Tracey Davis.

Faye is survived by her daughter Leisa Bullard and husband James Bullard, Lone Grove; grandsons, Johnny Davis, Ardmore, Joshua Bullard and wife Shawna, Dickson; granddaughters, Stacey Davis, Ardmore; Shannon Dutton and husband Matthew, Yukon; great-granddaughters, Jordan Davis, Ardmore; Makenzie Dutton, Yukon; great-grandsons, Brayden Dutton, Yukon; Connor and Devin Bullard, Dickson, Xander Davis, Ardmore; great-great-granddaughter, Kinsley Battice, Ardmore; numerous other family and friends.

Casket Bearers will be James Bullard, Joshua Bullard, Matthew Dutton, Brayden Dutton, Xander Davis, and Mary Rhodes.
Honorary bearer is George Pratt.
