Iva Christine Pass

Comanche – Funeral Services for Mrs. Iva Christine (Tadlock) Pass, 86, of Comanche, are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020, at the First United Methodist Church of Comanche with Rev. Ryan Sims and Rev. Kevin McKinley officiating. Interment services will follow at 2:00 PM at Hewitt Cemetery of Wilson. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.

Christine was born on Nov. 1, 1933 at Wilson to the late Mr. Frank Jackson Tadlock and Mrs. Viola Caroline (Dethloff) Tadlock. She departed this life on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020 at her home in Comanche.

Christine was raised in Wilson graduating from Wilson High School in 1951. She began employment with the Exchange National Bank of Ardmore where she worked as a teller and clerk for a few years. She and Mr. Richard Roland Pass were united in marriage on April 10, 1955 at the First United Methodist Church of Wilson and they soon moved to Duncan. Christine found employment with Halliburton where she worked until she and Richard began having children. Then she became a devoted mother and housewife providing for her family until her children began school. She then worked at the Security National Bank for ten years and then 22 years for the Stephens County Treasurers office retiring in 2004. Christine was always a very active member of the First United Methodist Church of Comanche.

Preceding her in death is her parents; husband, Richard, Nov. 27, 2012; son, James R. Pass; brother, Homer Tadlock and sisters, Bertha Sears and Irene Claxton.

Survivors include daughters, Christy Dumos and husband Danny of Velma, Becky Lynn Sanders of Comanche and Debbie Morgan of Duncan; son, Todd Pass and wife Amy of Marlow; brother, Jim Tadlock and wife Sherry of Waurika; brother in law, Charles Pass and wife Doris of Tahlequah; sister in law, Louise Tadlock of Wilson and Dottie Kasey of Norman; 13 grandchildren, Robert Chad Dumos and wife Shalin, Candra Danielle Dumos and Cody Adams, Camden Clay Dumos and KK Rule, Kellie Lynn Sanders, Amanda Dawn Sanders and Weldon Mann, Shelby Shawn Sanders, Lyndal Clayton Morgan and wife Delisa, Kiera Lynn Ann Pass, Rylie Christine Pass, Morgan Rae Pass, Ryder Todd Pass, China Danielle Nichols, and Trevor Riley; 8 great grandchildren, Jaelee Saige Dumos, Shilo Thompson, William Riley Adams, Henslee Rose Dumos, Wesley Ray Morgan, Charity Leeanna Lynn Bartmess, Alexzandria Bailey and Serenity Bartmess; extended family, Hank and Charlotte Cranfill of Midwest City; numerous other family, church family and friends.

Casket Bearers will be Clay Dumos, Lyndal Morgan, Chad Dumos, Bobby Tadlock, Cody Adams, Weldon Mann and Trevor Riley.

Family visitation will be held on Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.
