James Richard Reynolds

Healdton - James "Butch" Richard Reynolds, 76 of Healdton departed from this life on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at his home.  Cremation services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.  No Services are scheduled at this time. 

Butch was born October 16, 1946 in Healdton, OK to the late Mr. James Rowen Reynolds and Mrs. Pauline Faye (Fryer) Reynolds.  

Butch was raised in Healdton attending and graduating from Healdton High School in 1964.  He then enlisted in the United States Army Reserves serving honorably.  Most of his life, Butch was a mechanic, working lastly for Castellow's Electric Service and Carl Pevehouse.  He enjoyed working on old cars and motorcycles and he also enjoyed reading.  But most of all, Butch enjoyed spending time with his family, especially the grandkids. 

Preceding him in death were his parents; a sister, Trudy Reynolds and a niece, Melissa Reynolds. 

Butch is survived by his daughter, Chytana Pierce and husband Billy; son, Jeremy Reynolds; brothers, Derry Reynolds and wife Glenda and Ronnie Reynolds and wife Johnnie; sister, Ramona Etter; grandchildren, Destiny and husband Brandon, Harley and husband Shay, Dakota and wife Melody, Tristan and wife Micah, Ruger, Joshua, and Jordyn; great grandchildren, Clair Marie Pierce and 1 on the way; and by a host of other family and friends.
