Wilson - Funeral Services for Mr. Johnny "Punk" Lee Hartman, Jr., 48, of Ardmore are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday June 2, 2016 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson. Interment will follow at the Hewitt Cemetery of Wilson.

Punk was born on Feb. 17, 1968 at Ardmore to Mr. Johnny Lee Hartman, Sr. and Mrs. Alice Faye (Risenhoover) Hartman. He departed this life Monday, May 30, 2016 at his home in Ardmore.

Punk was raised in Wilson attending school here. He graduated high school from Wilson in 1986. After school, he began working at Bakers Electric and continued a career as an electrician the rest of years. Punk worked for Lynn Boyer Electric Company for 20 years and was currently employed for Citation Oil & Gas Company stationed out of Healdton.

Punk was happily married to the former Ms. Kim Byrne for the last 24 years. He always loved baseball, playing dominoes or cards, hunting with greyhounds, listening to music and almost especially his grand babies. Punk was a very hard worker who enjoyed getting to work everyday.

Preceding him in death were his Grandparents, Charles and Carrie Hartman, Bill Risenhoover and Mildred Maples.

Survivors include his wife Kim of the home; daughters, Becky Williams and husband Jordan, Morgan Hartman and Jason Porter and Hailey Hartman, all of Ardmore; grandsons, Poet Phillips and Wylie Porter; mother, Alice Hartman and Calvin Lee of Ardmore; father, Johnny Hartman and Patty Howell of Wilson; sister, Paula Sears and husband John of Healdton; half sister, Readona Edwards of Texas; half brother, Johnny Kevin Hartman of Marietta; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

Casket Bearers are Johnny Lee Hartman, Sr., Jessie Stevens, Tyler Farve, Jason Porter, Daniel Miller, Gary Dale Hartman and Michael Leibrock.

Honorary bearers are Robby Burns, Jeremy Howell and the Wilson High School Class of 1986.

Family visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Wed. evening at the funeral home in Wilson.
