Karen Sue Lee

February 4, 1949 — June 10, 2021

Wilson - Graveside inurnment services for Karen Sue (Burns) Lee, 72, are scheduled for 1:00 PM Sunday June 20, 2021 at Hewitt Cemetery with family officiating. Cremation arrangements were handled at Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.

Karen was born Feb. 4, 1949 at Ada to the late Mr. Kenneth Burns and Mrs. Gloria Dean (Manis) Burns. She departed this life Thursday, June 10, 2021 at the hospital on Thursday, June 10, 2021.

Karen was raised at Coalgate graduating high school there in 1968. Afterwards she attended college at Murray State of Tishomingo. There she met Gordon Lee and they soon were united in marriage. They were blessed with three children, Tonya, Susan and Caleb.
Primarily Karen and her family were residents of Midwest City, moving to this area after her children were raised. Karen always was a devoted homemaker and housewife. She loved to read murder mysteries and listen to music in her spare time.

Her parents and infant daughter, Tonya and brother, Kenny Burns preceded her in death.

Survivors include daughter, Susan Longton and husband Johnny of Wilson; son, Calbe Lee and Terrah White of Ardmore; sister, Joy Williams and husband Cap of Non; grandchildren, Ryan, Riley, Emiley and Cade; sisters in law, Teresa Brumley and husband Rowdy and Charlotte Howell, both of Wilson; numerous other family and friends.
