Kenneth Donald Zachary

Claypool - Celebration of Life services for Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Donald Zachary, Jr., 63, of Claypool are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the First Baptist Church of Ringling with Rev. Mike Williams officiating and Mark Zachary doing the Eulogy. Interment will follow at the Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 PM Friday, Oct. 29, 2021 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Ringling.

Kenny was born on March 13, 1958 at Hobbs, NM to Mr. Kenneth Donald Zachary, Sr. and Mrs. Barbara Jean (Adams) Zachary-Lynch. He departed from this life on Tuesday morning, Oct. 26, 2021 at Ardmore.

Kenny was raised at Empire moving to Claypool in 1974. He graduated from Ringling High School in 1976 and thereafter attended college at OSU for a short while. He found employment initially with Parker Drilling, working overseas for a number years and then continued to work in the oil field before gaining employment with Uniroyal Tire Plant in 1988. Kenny married the former Cynthia Lou Elliott on Aug. 23, 1987 at the Duncan Methodist Church. They made their home in Claypool where they have remained, sharing many memories together raising their children.

Kenny loved residing at Claypool where he farmed and ranched all of his adult life. He continued to work at Uniroyal/ Michelin for 30 years, working within the machine maintenance department and retired in 2018. Kenny always was a great provider for his family and loved spending time with them. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ringling.

Preceding him was his father, Kenneth D. Zachary, Sr. , March 14, 1997.

Survivors include his wife Cindy of the home; son, Dakota Zachary and wife Mahlia of Claypool; daughter, Jenny-Lu Savage and husband B.W. of Madill; mother, Barbara Zachary-Lynch of Ardmore; sister, Gina Dillon and husband Scot of Ardmore; brother, Mark Zachary and Rachelle of Norman; grandchildren, Westlyn, Nakona, Milo and Beau; numerous other family and friends.

Casket bearers are Artie Hammons, Kenny Mashore, Randy Crook, Kenny Lake, John Reagor, David Anderson, Mark Zachary and Scot Dillon.

Honorary bearers are Ronnie Parker, Jerry Smith, Junior Ogle, Audie Roberts, Curt Wilson, Ronnie Butler, Ralph Duncan and all of his Michelin Co-Workers.
