Ringling- Funeral services for Koty Neal Higgins, 30, of Healdton are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, April 28, 2014 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Ringling with Rev. Joe Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at the Dixie Cemetery of Stephens County.

Koty Neal Higgins was born November 27, 1983 at Healdton, Oklahoma to Gladys Lou Cargile. He passed from this life Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Healdton, Oklahoma.

Koty was raised in Ringling attending school there. He began working in the construction business and then later in the oilfield business. Koty was presently working with his uncle, Charlie Cargile building cellars. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Koty was a good mechanic.

He is survived by his Mother, Gladys Sessums and husband, Roy of Velma, OK.; Sisters, April Higgins of Duncan, OK. and Melissa Sessums of Velma, Ok.; 3 Nieces, Madisyn, Jacobi and Meillie; 1 Nephew, Jedidiah; Grandmothers, Gladys Cargile of Ringling, OK. and Elizabeth Sessums of Duncan, OK.

Pallbearers are Rusty Williams, Mike Brown, Corey Stricklin, Burke Zachary, Charlie Cargile and Clay Smith.
