Wilson - A Private Celebration of Life services for Mrs. Lady Louise Green, 86 of Wilson will be scheduled at a later date. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.

Lady Louise was born July 16, 1933 in Elk City to the late Mr. Aaron Robert Haynes and Mrs. Tressie Bell (Davis) Haynes. She departed from this life on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the Wilson Nursing Center.

Lady Louise was raised in Canute, OK near Elk City. She married Joe Earl Green on September 3, 1949 at Elk City. Lady Louise was 16 at the time and they made their home in Elk City where she graduated high school. Several years after, she attended Nursing School. Lady Louise worked in home health care, nursing homes and Hallmark cards with her daughter, Shannon. She loved to play cards, read, do crossword puzzles and dance. Lady Louise also loved to go on cruises and travel especially to Mazatlan. She was a past member of the Church of God in Elk City where she sang in the choir and was the music leader.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Joe Earl Green; daughter, Shala Green; son, Robert Green; sisters, Madeline Hinman and Mildred Green and a grandson, Anthony Schones.

Lady Louise is survived by her daughter, Shannon Hutton and husband Rod of Ardmore; special niece, Obera Carr Wilbur of Oklahoma City; grandsons, Cody, Chad and Kyle; granddaughters, Casey and Amanda; great grandchildren, Malachi, Rigby, Garrett; and Michaela; numerous nieces, nephews and other family.
