Michael "Mike" Joe Davis

Michael "Mike" Joe Davis of Ratliff City departed this life on March 4, 2022 at his residence near Ratliff City at the age of 65 years, 7 months, and 1 day. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Healdton with Bro. Eythan Tibbs and Noah Morse officiating. Interment will follow at Dixie Cemetery in Stephens County. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton.

Mike was born on August 3, 1956 in Wurzberg, Germany to Mr. Bobby Joe Davis and Mrs. Ruby Inez "Huey" Davis.

Mike primarily grew up in Little Rock Arkansas graduating from Joe T. Robinson High School with the Class of 1975. After graduation Mike followed his father's footsteps and joined the United States Army Reserves and proudly served his country. Mike and Jana Lynn (Coaly) were united in marriage on June 25, 1976 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. They initially made their home in Little Rock where they would start their family. In 1978 they moved to the Graham/Ratliff City area. Mike was an avid NASCAR fan. He also enjoyed reading, word searches, hunting and fishing. Mike was a forklift operator for the Walmart Distribution Center in Pauls Valley. He was a member of the Graham Assembly of God Church.

He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Joe Davis and his grandparents.

Mike is survived by his wife, Jana Davis of the home; daughters, Brandi Renee Davis of Lone Grove; Mandi Jo Eason and husband Rodney of Ardmore; mother, Ruby Davis of Little Rock, AR; sisters, Melissa Sigler and husband Grant of Jacksonville, AR, Stephanie Kohler and husband Matt of North Little Rock, AR; brother, Steve Davis of Little Rock, AR; six grandchildren, Darian, Lexi, Noah, Alyssa, Maci, Jalyn, and Abby. Three great grandchildren, Ezra, Zayd, Zero, and baby ViVi on the way. Many other relatives and a host of friends.

Serving as casket bearers will be Johnny Horton, Corby Fore, Doug Carroll, E'Tre Brown, Carlos "Los" Wells, and Cale Horton.

Honorary bearers will be Steve Davis and Rodney Eason.

Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 P.M. Monday, March 7, 2022 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton.
