Patsy Nell (Cargile) Johnson

Ringling - Funeral Services for Mrs. Patsy Nell (Cargile) Johnson, 81, formerly of Ringling are scheduled for 11:00 am Friday August 14, 2015 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Ringling with Rocky Keck officiating. Interment will follow at the Dixie Cemetery north of Ringling.

Mrs. Johnson was born August 14, 1933 at Ringling to the late Mr. Warren Cargile and Mrs. Jeffie (Carroll) Cargile. She departed this life Friday, August 7, 2015 at a nursing home in Ardmore.

Mrs. Johnson was raised in Ringling attending school at Mountain Home. She resided at various places including California, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Patsy was excellent at the board game “Scramble”. Most recently she just could not see her great grandchildren enough. She was also very fond of Lakresha Knight for the heartfelt care she has provided.

Preceding her in death is her father, Mr. Warren Cargile; mother, Jeffie (Carroll) Pate; 2 infant sisters; sisters, Shirley Carroll and Benita Jo Stagner; Son, Ronald Joe Miller; and granddaughter, Heather Miller.

Survivors include her 3 daughters, Terry Carol Downey of Ringling, Billie Meisnere of Arnold, Maryland, Teresa Keck and husband Rocky of Foster; 3 sons, Harold Miller of Rock Springs, CO, Bill Shelton of Odessa, TX and James McClanahan and wife Molly of Duncan; stepmother, Gladys Cargile of Ringling; sister, Gladys Sessums and husband Roy of Velma; brother, Charlie Cargile of Ringling; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family, and friends.

Casket bearers are Charlie Cargile, Ashton Cargile, Zachary Cargile, Clifton Keck, Michael Downey, and James McClanahan.

Honorary bearers are Harold Miller and Sherle Lockwood.

Family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm Thursday evening at Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling.
