Richard Michael Hamilton

Cremation Services for Mr. Richard Michael “Mike” Hamilton, 72 of Norman are entrusted to Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson. He departed this life Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at Norman. His ashes will be buried later at Hewitt Cemetery within the Pass family plot.

Mike was born November 11, 1950, at Ardmore to Mr. William Lee “Bill” Hamilton, Jr. and Mrs. Dathene “Dottie” (Pass) Kasey. He graduated from Enid High School and thereafter attended college at the University of Oklahoma. He gained employment at the University of Oklahoma Police Department originally as a patrolman, then within the office and lastly as the security detail charge for OU’s ballgames and frequent events. He furthermore served as an EMT for the University of Oklahoma Emergency Response Team. Mike enjoyed skydiving, Martial Arts, fishing and was an avid reader. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Enid.

His father, Bill Hamilton, Jr. preceded him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Dottie (Pass) Kasey of Norman and numerous cousins and other close family and close friends.
