Roger Neil Williams

Wilson – Funeral Services for Mr. Roger Neil Williams, 57, formerly of Ardmore are scheduled for 3:00 PM Wed. December 26, 2012 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson with Rev. Morgan Ashworth officiating. Interment will follow at the Ringling Memorial Cemetery in Ringling.

Roger was born May 19, 1955 at Ardmore to Mr. Darrel Roy Williams and Mrs. Mildred D. (Jordan) Williams. He departed this life Friday, December 21, 2012 at his residence in Guymon, OK.

Roger was raised at Cheek attending school at Lone Grove graduating High School in 1973. At age 19 he began his career with Uniroyal Tire Mfg of Ardmore and worked there until his retirement in 2004. At Michelin he worked in the finishing Dept., lastly working in Quality Control. He and the former Ms. Judy Kay Jamison were united in marriage on May 6, 1994 at Gainesville, TX. They made their home in Ardmore and she preceded him in death on July 12, 2003. Roger loved music and always looked for the best in everyone.

Also preceding him in death is his father Darrel; Infant Brother; and Grandparents, Roy and Florence Williams and Mr. S.W. and Clutchene Jordan.

Survivors include his mother, Mildred Williams of Lone Grove; Children, Jordan Williams, Colton Williams, Hannah Williams, Conrad Cook and Dustin Cook; 3 Granddaughters and 1 Grandson; Siblings, Roy Williams and wife Kay of Moore and Cathey Howry and husband Jerry of Ardmore; Numerous Aunts, Cousins, and Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers are Chris Potts, John Taliaferro, Duane Thompson, Dustin Cook, Conrad Cook, and Jeremy Jamison.

Family visitation will be Wednesday at 1:00pm prior to the funeral at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson.
