Vickey Jean (Thatcher) Stine

Mrs. Vickey Jean (Thatcher) Stine, of Maysville, departed this life on Monday, August 16, 2021 at her residence in Maysville at the age of 68 years, 0 months, and 17 days. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday - August 21, 2021 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Ringling with Bro. Les Sullivan and Rev. Doug Hickman officiating. Interment will follow in the Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral of Ringling.

Vickey was born to the late Mr. Loyd Eugene Thatcher and Mrs. Bertha Mae (Sullivan) Thatcher on July 30, 1953 in Wichita Falls, TX.

Vickey grew up in Ringling and attended school there. She graduated with the Class of 1971. Vickey married Mr. Stevie Stine on July 30, 1971 in Denton, TX. Together they made their home in Ringling for many years where they would raise their three children. Vickey was a devoted wife, loving mother and sister but most of all she was a awesome grandmother. Vickey enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and her dogs. Vickey and Stevie moved to Maysville and had been residing there for the past 10 years. Vickey had held several jobs throughout her life from Wades Dairy King, nursery worker at Community Fellowship and a long time Walmart sales associate.

Vickey is preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Bertha Thatcher; sister, Marilyn Deboard; and a nephew, Jeremy Michael Christian.

She is survived by her husband, Stevie Stine of the home; son, Kain Stine and his wife Lois of Velma; daughters, Sheena Mitchell and her husband Daniel of Edmond, OK, Billie Fondren and her husband Montana of Tussy; grandchildren, Ashley Dawn Gadbow and husband Logan of Duncan, Blake Eugene Stine of Velma, Trey Austin Mitchell of Edmond and Caleb Aaron Mitchell of Edmond; great grandchildren, Wynter Stine, Taylor Stine, Elijah Gadbow, and soon to be Isaac Gadbow; sister, Peggy Christian of Ringling; Many other relatives and a host of friends.

Serving as casket bearers will be family and friends
