Victoria Lee Slone

Wilson- Graveside Services for Mrs. Victoria Lee (Walls) Slone, 66, of Ardmore are scheduled for 3:00 PM Wed. December 12, 2012 at Hewitt Cemetery in Wilson with Rev. Joshua R. Gunter officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Vickie was born July 11, 1946 at Detroit, Michigan to the late Mr. John T. Walls and Margaret Mae (Cody) Walls. She departed this life Friday December 7, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore.

Vickie was raised in Detroit moving to Oklahoma in 1980. Initially she resided in Wilson and then later became a resident of Ardmore. She was employed at the Ringling Pants Fatory, Lasleys Inc. as a Convenient Store Manger and then at Micheln before she became injured and retired. She and Mr. Carl Perrington have been residing together since 1982. She enjoyed playing games on the computer, crossword puzzles and enjoyed helping Carl roof houses and other work. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Preceding her in death is her Parents; Son, Larry Paul Slone, Jr; Brother, Bill Walls; Sister, Margaret Gunther; Brother in laws, Rudolph Gunther and Alvie Perrington and Nephew, Ron Cooper, Sr.

Survivors include her Companion, Carl Perrington of Ardmore; Son, Earl Wayne Slone and wife Tina of Lone Grove; Four Grandchildren, Cody, Brandon Lee, Justin and Daniel; Five Great Grandchildren; Nieces, Virginia Cooper and Tracey Williams; Nephews, Buddy, Ricky, Ronnie, Rudy and Robert; Numerous other family and friends.
