Allison Rene Murphy, 34, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, passed away tragically on October 10, 2026, alongside her beloved boyfriend, Chase Howell, just five days before her 35th birthday. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 17th at 2pm at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson, Oklahoma with Matthew Madole officiating. Following the funeral service, Allison will be laid to rest at East Memorial Cemetery in Lone Grove, Oklahoma. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th from 6-8pm at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.
Allison was born on October 15, 1991, in Ardmore, Oklahoma, to Kenton and Tammy (Smith) Murphy.
Allison was a beautiful soul with a gentle spirit, a kind heart, and a smile that could brighten even the darkest of days. She was quiet, simple, and private by nature, never needing to be the center of attention to leave a lasting impression. She had a special way of making those around her feel loved and cared for, often without ever having to say a word.
Above all else, Allison’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was being a mother to her two beautiful daughters, Kloe and Olivia. She loved her girls fiercely, unconditionally, and with every ounce of her being. There was nothing she wouldn’t have done for them. They were her heart, her happiness, and her reason for everything. Although their time with their mother was cut far too short, the love she poured into them will remain a part of who they are for the rest of their lives.
For the past two and a half years, Allison worked as a teacher’s assistant at the Chickasaw Nation Child Development Center in Ardmore. Her love for children extended far beyond her own home. She absolutely adored each of the little ones entrusted to her care, affectionately referring to them as her babies. Her patience, kindness, and nurturing heart made her a special part of their lives, and her presence will be deeply missed by her coworkers, the children, and the families whose lives she touched.
In recent times, Allison had begun a beautiful new chapter in her life. She was finding happiness, embracing life, and experiencing a wonderful love with her boyfriend, Chase Howell. Together, they shared a love that brought joy and light into her world. Just as life seemed to be opening its doors to new beginnings and beautiful memories, their journey was tragically cut short. While their families are left with unimaginable heartbreak, there is comfort in knowing that Allison experienced the happiness and love she so deeply deserved.
Allison was also a die-hard Oklahoma State Cowboys fan, proudly cheering on her beloved OSU. In honor of her love for the Cowboys, the family asks that those attending her services wear orange and black, if possible, as a special tribute to her.
Allison was preceded in death by her father, Kenton Murphy; her grandmothers, Carolyn Smith and Pat Murphy; and her grandfather, John Murphy.
She leaves behind the two greatest loves of her life, her daughters, Kloe and Olivia; her loving mother, Tammy Murphy; her sisters, Amanda Rivers and husband Kelvin, and Kenna Guzman; Popi, A.B. Smith; a special sister by heart, Natalie Smith; her nephew, TJ Rivers; and her nieces, Aryana Murphy and Taryn Guzman; along with many extended family members, friends, coworkers, and countless others whose lives were made brighter simply by knowing her.
Serving as pallbearers will be Amanda Rivers, Kenna Guzman, Kelvin Rivers, Victor Guzman, Cody Smith, Rickey Smith, Randy Smith, and Donnie Ray Smith.
Honorary pallbearers will be Allison’s beloved friends and coworkers from the Chickasaw Nation Child Development Center in Ardmore.
