Graveside services for Anita "Gale" (Monson) Clark, 69, of Moore, formerly of Wilson, are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Hewitt Cemetery, with Zane Gray officiating. Services are under the direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.
Gale was born on September 4, 1956, in Ardmore to Neil Ross Monson and Juanita Ruth (Lewallen) Monson. She passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026, in Norman. Raised on the Monson Ranch south of Wilson, she graduated with the Wilson High School Class of 1973. Her life was blessed with two children, Misty, born in 1975, and Chad, born in 1979. Gale married Coye Lynn Clark on September 9, 1983, in Oklahoma City, and together they made their home in Moore.
A dedicated nurse, Gale pursued her nursing education at Murray State College and spent much of her career at Norman Regional Medical. She cherished outdoor activities like camping with her children, fishing, and antiquing. A fervent supporter of OU football and the Oklahoma City Thunder, she also had a deep love for her family and her beloved dog, Jasmine.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Coye in 2014, and her great-grandson Grayson Williamson.
Gale leaves behind her daughter Misty Manning and husband J.D., son Chad Williamson and wife Jessica, son Mike Clark and wife Kellie, along with grandchildren Dimity Manning, Connor Williamson and fiancée Micaela, Jack Williamson, Jacob Williamson, and Molly and Madeline Clark. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Sirius and Lilliana, and her significant other John Banks of Oklahoma City.
