Bert Albert Parker

Bert Albert Parker formerly of Healdton departed this life on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 in Waurika at the age of 73 years, 7 months, and 7 days. Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Healdton with Bro. Dan Stewart officitiang. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton.

Bert was born to the late Mr. Benjamin Franklin Parker and Mrs. America Lola (Klingenburg) Parker on March 19, 1948 in Healdton.

Mr. Parker grew up in Healdton and lived most of his life there until moving to Ada then Waurika. Bert loved country music and walking around with his radio. As kid he enjoyed playing baseball, bowling and always participated in the Special Olympics. Fishing was one of his favorite pastimes. He worked at the local OTASCO and helping Gary Brown with Veterinary work. Bert was of the Christian faith and attended the Pentecostal church.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Reynolds, Ben, Mac, and Donnie Parker; sisters, Corine Davis, and Virginia Parker.

Bert is survived by his sisters, Joyce Fowler of Ringling, Shirley Hancock of Healdton; brother, Randy Parker and his wife Joyce of OKC; numerous, nephews, nieces, other relatives and a host of friends.
