Betty JoAnn (Bridgman) Grow

Services for Betty Grow are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Abundant Life at the Well Church in Ardmore with Pastor Michael Caraway officiating.  Interment will follow at the Provence Cemetery in Carter County.  Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.

Betty JoAnn Grow was born September 27, 1941, in McMillan, OK to the late Mr. Eugene Debs Bridgman and Mrs. Fairel (Sherwood) Bridgman. She departed this life on January 14, 2026, in Ardmore, OK at the age of 84 years, 3 months and 18 days.

Betty was raised primarily in McMillan, OK. She married Mr. Robert D. Morgan in the early 1960s in Harlingen, TX. They had three children, Robert G., Claude, and Linda. They divorced in the late 1960s in Mexico. She married Billy D. Wall, Sr. around 1970. They had three children, Mary Jolynn, Cheryl Deanna, and Billy Jack. They divorced in late 1980. She married Jack D. Grow in 1984 in Texas. She worked in retail and as a housekeeper until she was 43 when she became disabled. She enjoyed sewing, reading, crafting, playing bingo, playing pool, playing card games, and spending time with family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brother Jim Boyd; sister Joyce Sanders, sister Elizabeth; ex-husbands, Robert Morgan and Billy D Wall, Sr.; husband Jack Grow; daughter Linda; and grandson Damon.

Betty is survived by sisters, Norma Jean of Ardmore, Jackie and husband Carlos of Ardmore, Sarah Perry of Broken Arrow; daughters, Mary of Wynnewood, Cheryl and husband Bruce of Ardmore; sons, Robert G. of Washington state, Claude of Houston, Billy Jack and wife Trina of Ravia; 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Nicholas Roebuck, Billy Jack Wall, Arrio Sampson, Javier Wall, Cameron Cressman, and Randy Weaver.

Honorary bearers are Bruce Miller, Carlos Delarosa, Jaiden Sampson, and Coleman "B. B." Willis.
