Billie Katherine McLane

Billie Kathern Mclane passed away in her home on September 22, 2025 at the age of 83. Billie was born in Holdenville Oklahoma and a graduate of capitol hill high school in south Oklahoma City. Billie was a beautician for over 40 years in Belleville, Illinois, at Kelly’s curly corner and loved her job. Her work ethics and family were very important to her and was always a priority. She relocated to Wilson Oklahoma in 2000 where she worked at the veteran's hospital for over 20 years before retiring. Shopping was something she enjoyed, going to country concerts and yard work as well took pride in how the house and yard looked and her personal appearance as well. 

Billie’s legacy lives through her two sons Allen Hansen, Ron Hansen and Allen’s fiancé Margie Blaylock. Grandkids Allen and Victoria Taylor and Hayden Hansen. Great grandkids Brian Zach and Lilly Taylor. Nephews and nieces Sam and Melisa Moore, Mark Moore, Alaina Moore, Theresa Moore and Diana Moore.

Preceding Billie in her death were her parents Melva and Henry Moore her two brothers Leon and Melvin Moore. 

She had many friends from the VA hospital who she enjoyed working with as well, especially Janice Barber who helped my mom through the years and I can’t thank her enough. Many great memories throughout the years are with mom. Her laugh and smile would light up a room wherever she was and so many words of wisdom. She was the glue that kept the family together. Holidays and birthdays and every day in between will never be the same. You will be missed but never forgotten and we shall all see each other again dance with the angel's mom, love you and miss you every day.
