Brenda Kaye Morrison

Funeral services for Brenda Kaye Morrison, aged 72, of Davis, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, August 31, 2026, at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson, with Brother Charles Denney officiating. Interment will follow at Hewitt Cemetery.

Brenda was born on August 29, 1954, in Fort Worth, TX, to Gene Sherman Morrison and Frances Dean (Young) Morrison. She passed away at her home in Davis, OK, on August 25, 2026.

Raised in Fort Worth, Brenda completed her education there before beginning her career in security at the Tandy Center. In 2002, she relocated with her daughter and parents to Lone Grove and has resided in the area since. She embraced the joy of being a grandmother starting in 2005, cherishing time with her grandchildren. Brenda was fond of Travis Tritt, enjoyed Dr. Pepper, and loved being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ricky Morrison. Brenda leaves behind her daughter, Tracie Denney and husband Johnny of Hennepin; her brother, Mike Morrison and wife Patty of Bluff Dale, TX; grandchildren Bailey Morrison, Brier Wilson, Kennedi Denney, and Kamdyn Denney; her special cousin, Sharon Stewart; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Sunday evening from 5-7 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Memories may be shared at www.alexandergrayfh.com.
