Carolyn Sue "Suzi" Sikes, age 66, of Velma passed away on May 30, 2026, surrounded by her family. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Countyline Baptist Church, with Rev. Mike Johnston and Rev. Jamie Griffin officiating. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ratliff City.

Suzi was born on September 7, 1959, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to Dewey Elton Briscoe and Audrey (Kidwell) Briscoe. She was raised in the Wild Horse Creek and Countyline area and attended Velma Public Schools. On November 8, 1998, she married Marty Sikes in Healdton, Oklahoma.

A devoted homemaker, Suzi cherished her family deeply and was known for her warm smile and vivid imagination, often sharing engaging stories. She enjoyed boating and fishing and was especially remembered for her love of Little Debbie’s.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Patsy Davis; and brothers, Johnny and Bobby Briscoe.

Suzi is survived by her husband, Marty Sikes; daughters Toni Taylor and husband Zac, Jaclyn Hunter, and Annie Sikes; grandchildren Zoe Taylor and Drake Goodrich, London Taylor, and Jaxtyn Hunter; siblings Connie Norton, Doug Briscoe and wife Lana, Teri Fuller and husband Danny, Sandra Green and husband Cameron, and Danny Briscoe and wife Rona; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
