Memorial services for Cheryl (Webb) Mahorney, 69, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August 14, 2025, at the Church on the Rock in Ringling with Bro. Joe Taylor officiating.

Cheryl Ann (Webb) Mahorney, was born on April 10, 1956, in Ardmore to the late Mr. Irvin Webb and Mrs. Maudie (Willis) Webb. She departed this life on August 12, 2025, at her daughter’s home in Marietta.

Raised in the close-knit community of Ringling, Cheryl dedicated herself to her education, attending school there through the 12th grade. Her early work life reflected her dedication and commitment, as she held various jobs including waitressing, and positions at Wal-Mart and Auto Zone. Additionally, she was the proud owner and operator of the Laundromat in Ringling for around 10 years, a venture that showcased her entrepreneurial spirit and hard-working nature. Cheryl possessed an adventurous spirit, enjoying the opportunity to travel across the United States and beyond. Her career in Home Health spanned many years and was one of her most cherished roles. It allowed her to connect with countless individuals, demonstrating her innate ability to make friends wherever she went, as she never met a stranger. A passionate reader and fan of old westerns, Cheryl delighted in discovering new stories while also finding joy in the familiar. However, her truest happiness came from the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were the light of her life, and her love for them was boundless. Cheryl's legacy will be remembered not only through the memories she created with her family and friends but through the mark she left on the community she served. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Irvin and Maudie Webb; brothers, Roy Webb, Dale Webb, Don Webb, and Gary Webb; grandson, Aaron Aden.

Survivors include her daughter, Sheritha Bone and husband, Jason of Marietta; son, Willie Russell and wife Tammie of Leon; grandchildren, Devin Renteria, Matthew Russell, Jacie Hartman , and Jenna Hasty; great grandchildren, Kohen Hartman and Kimber Hartman; special niece, Loretta Carbo and husband Jose; nephew, Ronnie Webb and wife Linda; special friends that she considered family, Alton Rhymes and wife Carlena along with their children, Christian, Emerson, Memphis, Addie, and Aiden; numerous other family and friends.
