Duane Lee Stevens, Jr., age 35, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, passed away on May 5, 2025. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, May 12, 2025, at Dixie Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Johnston officiating. The arrangements are under the care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home and Crematory in Healdton.
Born on March 21, 1990, in Ardmore, Duane was the son of Duane Lee Stevens and Angela Marie (Evans) Roberts. He spent most of his formative years in Healdton and Ringling. Duane had a deep passion for music, particularly as an accomplished guitarist. He also enjoyed the OKC Thunder Basketball team, skateboarding, and expressing his creativity through drawing. In his professional life, Duane primarily worked in factory roles, with a significant tenure at Best Buy.
Duane was saved and baptized at the First Baptist Church of Ringling, where he participated in Falls Creek during his youth, reflecting his strong spiritual foundation.
He is preceded in death by his father, Duane Stevens, in 2020, his grandparents Leonard and Marquieta Evans, Paul Stevens, and Collette Stewart, as well as two beloved aunts, Tanya and Pam.
Duane is survived by his parents, Angela (Evans) Roberts and Joe Mac Roberts of Healdton; his daughter, Maddie Roberts of Healdton; sisters Lauren Adams and husband Ethan of Healdton, and Abbie Howard and husband Tony of Mannsville; stepsister Macy Jo Roberts of Wilson and stepbrother Garren Clements of Dickson; his grandparents, Freddie and Lynette Roberts of Healdton; aunts and uncles, Mike and Ramona Shattuck, Mike Gandy, Lisa and Bob Spagnolia, Len Evans, Paulette Coley, and Brenda Renfroe; nephews, Ledger, Luke, and Landry Adams; and a host of cousins and friends.
The family invites those who wish to honor Duane's memory to join in the memorial service. Honorary bearers include Jeremy Weaver, Josh Weaver, Zach Evans, Braxton Evans, Thurston Spagnolia, Clyde Smoot, and Garren Clements.
Visitation will take place on Sunday evening from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.
