Flora "Marie" Oakley

Funeral Services for Flora "Marie" Oakley, 97 of Healdton are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 29, 2026, at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Healdton with Les Calger officiating.  Interment will follow at Reck Cemetery. 

Marie was born September 14, 1929, in Claypool, OK to the late Mr. John W. Moon and Mrs. Anna Lou (Golson) Moon.  She departed from this life at her home in Healdton on October 23, 2026. 

Marie was raised in Healdton where she attended school.  She married the late Mr. Roy Oakley in Gainesville, TX in March of 1947.  Together they were blessed with three children, Terry Ann, Roy Dale, and Tracy Joe.  Marie was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed picking pecans, playing with her puppy dog, bird watching, Price is Right, and just being at home. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Roy; her son Roy Dale; and her siblings, Son, Joe, and Lonnie Moon, Mary West and Fern Calger. 

Marie is survived by her son, Tracy Oakley; daughter, Terry Ann Castleberry; grandchildren, Terry Ray Castleberry and wife Ruby, Carla Kent and husband Wayne, and Tricia Davis; great grandchildren, Riley Kent, Jensen Kent, Brandon Davis, and Gabby Davis; many nieces, nephews, and by a host of other family and friends. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 5-7 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.
