Glenda was born October 31, 1946, at Deese, OK, to the late Mr. Ralph Henry Mullins, Sr. and Mrs. Naoma Ruth (Balthrop) Mullins. She went to her heavenly home Friday, October 17, 2025, at Duncan, OK.
Raised in Stobtown, Glenda attended local schools, including Woodford and Lone Grove, before graduating from Fox High School with the class of 1968. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to the Southern Oklahoma Technology Center, where she studied Accounting, reflecting her passion for education that she carried throughout her life. On June 27, 1970, Glenda married the love of her life, Ben Sanchez, at the Countyline Freewill Baptist Church. Together, they created a warm and loving home, where family values were of utmost importance. Glenda found joy in nurturing her family, often dedicating her time to reading, crocheting, sewing, and baking. She created Christian seek-a-word puzzles, which she crafted with care and shared generously with others. Glenda's adventurous spirit shone through in her love for fishing, especially during the family trips to Pagosa Springs, Colorado with her sister, Sue. She was always thrilled with her catch, no matter the size! A remarkably strong woman, Glenda exemplified resilience and kindness, often putting her heart and soul into her family’s well-being.
