Hunter Paige (Gray) Ramon

March 31, 1994 — June 18, 2025

Services for Hunter Paige (Gray) Ramon, 31, of Ringling, are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson with Brian McGahey and Joe Taylor officiating.

Hunter was born March 31, 1994, at Ardmore, to Bradley Dale Gray and Racheal Marie (Powell) Hacker. She departed this life Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Ardmore, Mercy Hospital.

Hunter was a vibrant spirit who filled the lives of her family and friends with love, laughter, and kindness. Tragically, she left this world far too soon on June 18, 2024, but her legacy will shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her. Raised in Wilson, Hunter's journey of learning began at Zaneis School and continued at Lone Grove School, ending with her graduation from Wilson High School with the class of 2012. A determined individual, Hunter earned a certification in medical business law, which paved the way for her first job at the Todd Hicks Law Firm. She showed promising potential early in her career, one that would only grow as she embarked on her professional journey. On June 23, 2012, Hunter celebrated one of the most important days of her life when she married Evan Dwight Ramon at the Ringling Church of Christ. The two shared a deep bond filled with humor and a shared love that brightened their days. Together, they created a loving home in Ringling, where they welcomed two wonderful boys, Mason and Landry, who were the light of Hunter's life. Her professional path led her to roles at Southward Family Medicine in Ardmore as the front office coordinator and later at Ardmore Mercy Hospital. Hunter's compassionate nature extended beyond her workplace; she had a remarkable passion for helping young ladies discover the perfect dress for significant events through her involvement in the prom dress ministry. Her talent in beautifying these girls with hair and makeup for their special days showcased her warm heart and creative flair. Cooking was one of Hunter's many talents, and she took great joy in preparing meals that brought family and friends together. Her infectious laugh and radiant smile had the magical ability to light up any room she entered. Those who knew her will always remember her incredible sense of humor—a cherished gift that brought joy to everyone around her. Hunter held a dream of becoming a nurse, with a special focus on geriatric care, reflecting her innate kindness and desire to care for others. Her love for animals was evident in her home, where she shared her life with four beloved cats and actively sought out rescues. A lover of old movies, Hunter enjoyed cozy nights with her family, often laughing along to her favorite film, "Christmas Vacation." Her spirit will continue to resonate through the memories of the joyful moments spent together.
