Jeanna Kay Farrell, 63 of Healdton, departed from this life on June 9, 2025 at her home in Healdton. She was born on April 6, 1962 in Ringling, OK to the late Mr. John Marshall Farrell and Mrs. Sherion "Kay" (Schofield) Farrell. Jeanna was a lifelong resident of Southern Ok, primarily Healdton. She attended Healdton Schools and held several local jobs through the years.
She had a true artist's eye. Her whimsical ornamental yard art and flower arrangements showed her talent for putting things together in unique ways. She loved gardening and created beautiful potted florals and flower beds. Her prized plants were those transplanted by her and her mother “Kay” from extended family gardens years ago.
Family ties were important to her. She had a caring heart and did what she could for others. She was a great cook, and she shared home cooked meals, along with other gestures, with family and friends anytime she could. In earlier times, Jeanna was a hard worker, both for employers and friends. She had lifelong struggles, especially after a near fatal accident years ago, but she still managed to have many adventures after that. Her sense of humor and tall tales helped us all share many laughs over the years.
Preceding her in death were her parents and a nephew, Johnny Lee Farrell.
Survivors include her brother, Johnny "Hoyt" Farrell; great niece and nephew; Kaden Farrell and John Marshall Farrell; and a host of other family and friends.
Hoyt will receive friends in honor of Jeanna at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton from 1-2 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
As a final tribute to Jeanna, her brother “Hoyt” will carry out her final wishes. She requested no formal service. She wished to be cremated and to be released at a designated place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions toward her final expenses can be forwarded to Alexander Gray Funeral Home.
Lord may Jeanna be at eternal Peace.
