Services for Martha Ann Edwards, 82, of Ringling, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Ringling with Rev. Stephen Carroll and Rev. Billy Holder officiating. Interment will follow at Orr Cemetery. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ringling.

Martha was born December 30, 1942, at Cornish, OK to the late Mr. LeRoy “Buddy” Carroll and Mrs. Annie Laura (Evans) Carroll. She departed this life Monday, April 14, 2025, in Healdton.

Martha's journey began when she made a heartfelt commitment to her faith as a teenager, a devotion that guided her throughout her life. On July 2, 1969, she celebrated her marriage to Mr. Randall Edwards, a partnership built on love and mutual respect. Together, they welcomed their son, Todd, into the world, enriching their lives immeasurably. Throughout their marriage, Martha and Randall experienced the joy of living in various places, gathering numerous memories along the way. Their journey eventually led them back to Ringling, where they settled after Randall's retirement, allowing them to be close to their family. Martha devoted 17 years of her professional life to JC Penney’s in Ardmore. It was here that she created lasting relationships with both her co-workers and customers, showcasing her natural ability to connect and foster friendships. Her time at JC Penney’s was characterized by her warmth and kindness, qualities that endeared her to many. An avid garage sale enthusiast, Martha enjoyed the thrill of hunting for treasures and also relished the opportunity to host sales of her own. Through these gatherings, she made countless friends, further displaying her vibrant spirit and approachable nature. Above all, Martha will be remembered as an encourager, always extending a helping hand and providing support to those in need. Her selflessness and compassion were evident in so many aspects of her life, reflecting her deep love for others. Martha Ann (Carroll) Edwards leaves behind a legacy of faith, friendship, and kindness.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Buddy and Annie; husband, Randall Edwards in February of 2008; infant sister, Deloris Inez Carroll; nephew, Jason Carroll.

Survivors include her son, Todd Edwards of the home; brother, Ronnie Carroll and wife Rosalee of Marietta; niece, Rhonda Lumry and husband Mark; nephew, Stephen Carroll and wife Clarizza; great niece, Rebecca Carroll; great nephew, Caleb Carroll, all of Marietta; numerous other family and many precious friends.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Thompson, Mark Lumry, Tommy Farve, Caleb Carroll, Dale Riley, and Charlie Burks.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday evening at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Ringling.
