Pat was born June 13, 1933, at Ringling, to the late Mr. George R Folsom and Mrs. Tina B (Harwell) Folsom. She departed this life November 1, 2026, at Durant, OK.

Pat was raised in Ringling and graduated from Ringling High School in 1951. During her school years, she was an active member of her class, serving on the student council and taking part in the senior play, Papa J’s All, in which she portrayed the character Emma. Together they were blessed with two children, Dewayne Ray Austin, born on September 4, 1951, and Melva Jo Austin, born on September 16, 1953. Family was an important part of Pat’s life, and she carried both love and loss with deep strength through the years. Pat was a devoted member of Cumberland Baptist Church in Madill, where her faith and church family were central in her life. It was there that she found love again. On March 14, 2016, she married Frank McNeme in Madill, and together they made their home at Cumberland Cove. Their marriage was a joyful chapter in her later years and a testament to grace, companionship, and renewed happiness.
