Susan Marshelle Kilcrease

Susan "Susie" Marshelle Kilcrease, 69, of Velma, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026, at her home surrounded by family and friends. Viewing will begin Wednesday morning, and visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday evening, at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Velma Chapel, located at 308 Main Street Velma, OK 73491. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Christian Center located at 420 E Plato Rd. Duncan, OK 73533.

Born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, on October 29, 1956. She was the daughter of Willia, "Frog" and Helen Sullivan. She married Gary Kilcrease on May 25, 1979, and they lived most of their lives in Velma. She worked as a Gas Measurement Technician in the tough environment of the oilfield for more than 40 years, working much of her career out of Sholem Gas Plant, after which she enjoyed the remainder of her life as a Holy Spirit-filled loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to her beautiful family. She was a member of the Christian Center in Duncan, OK and spent her life devoted to sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom and the words of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Gary Kilcrease, of the home; one sister, Pam Smith, of Saint Louis, OK; one brother, Rusty Sullivan and wife Sherry of Noble, OK; son, Craig Kilcrease and wife Briar and son Jay Kilcrease and wife Amanda; daughter-in-law, Robin Kilcrease; 10 grandchildren, Cade Kilcrease and wife Anna, Kali Hurst and husband Dylan, Colby Kilcrease and wife Gabby, Lane Jones, Hunter Kilcrease, Jillyn Kilcrease, Colton Kilcrease, Asher Kilcrease, Clover Kilcrease, and Slade Kilcrease; 5 great grandchildren, Jovie Kilcrease, Walker Kilcrease, Kimberlin Hurst, Boone Hurst, and Haiden Gale Kilcrease; numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by both parents, Frog and Helen Sullivan; sister, Gail Collins; daughter-in-law, Char Kilcrease.

Pallbearers will be Cade Kilcrease, Colby Kilcrease, Lane Jones, Hunter Kilcrease, Colton Kilcrease, Dylan Hurst.

Honorary Pallbearers are Asher Kilcrease, Arthur Farve, Craig Perkins, Doug Homes, and Roger Hart.
