Timothy Lyndell Rousey

Timothy "Tim" Lyndell Rousey, age 60, departed from this life on May 15, 2025, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Generations Church, located at 2015 W Broadway, Ardmore, OK 73401. Tim was born on July 31, 1964, in Madera, California, to Mr. Sterlin Wendell Rousey and Mrs. Retha Gail (Collins) Rousey. He spent his formative years in California, where he graduated from Madera High School before pursuing higher education in Indiana. Tim dedicated much of his professional life to working as an automotive specialist.

On November 23, 2008, Tim married Emily Edwards, the love of his life. Together, they served as prayer pastors at Wow Church until Emily's passing in 2016.

Tim is survived by his parents, Sterlin and Retha Rousey; his brothers, Gregory Wendell Rousey and wife Carolyn, and Mark Jason Rousey and fiancé Caleb Snyder; his special sister-in-law, Kerri Rousey; his beloved canine companion, Annie; and several nephews and a niece: Kody Allen Rousey, Kaleb Matthew Rousey, Daphne Marrissa Gail Rousey, Marcus Tyler Rousey, and Zachary Wendell Thomas Rousey. He is also remembered by a host of other family members and friends.

Tim Rousey will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
